Open-house discount agreements for medicines 2025-06

Summary

The tender concerns the conclusion of discount agreements with suitable pharmaceutical companies for medicines, active substances, combinations of active substances, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products, with Techniker Krankenkasse and, where applicable, HEK and hkk participating in the relevant lots. This is an open-house procedure: the conditions are uniform for all participants, individual negotiations are not conducted and the agreement does not grant exclusivity. Companies may join at any time during the contract term. The contract duration is generally up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 July 2025 and ending no later than 30 June 2027; exceptions may apply to individual lots. The exact lots, medicines and contractual conditions must be checked in the tender documents.
