Drywall and interior finishing works

Summary

The tender concerns the restoration and completion of interior finishes adjoining the facade after window replacement. The works include approximately 100 m of additional drywall partitions, 500 m² of mineral-fibre grid ceiling and 100 m² of GKF suspended ceilings; painting and coating of interior facade-side walls covering approximately 400 m²; finishing of concrete columns covering approximately 580 m²; approximately 70 m² of other recoating works; and approximately 100 m² of ceiling coatings. On the ground floor, the contractor must also extend the flooring by approximately 20 m of linoleum and add artificial stone concrete flooring at the main entrances, measuring approximately 250 × 30 cm. The submission deadline is 9 September 2026.
