General planning services

Summary

The tender concerns general planning and project coordination services. The scope covers building and interior planning, structural design, technical equipment, outdoor facilities, building physics, and fire safety. Some services are planned for HOAI service phases 1–4 and, for certain disciplines, partly for phases 5–6. The bid must include suitability evidence for building and interior planning, structural design, and technical equipment. The contract is not divided into lots, will be awarded in stages, and the contracting authority is not obliged to commission all stages.
