Summary

The procurement concerns parallel framework agreements for technical consultancy services: three consulting engineers (RIX) and two architects (ARK). The framework agreement is intended to ensure efficient and correct design, clear tender documentation for contractors, reduced risk, cost-efficient solutions, and sustainable, innovative solutions that support Avinor's goals. Individual assignments will be ordered under the framework agreement through call-off contracts.
