Procurement of a generative AI platform

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a generative AI platform to support administrative day-to-day tasks, knowledge management and communication. The platform must not take over decision-making responsibility: all generated content must be reviewed and approved by a human before use. The solution must be able to process general personal data, case-related personal data and special categories of personal data, including health data. Under the framework agreement, the total number of user licences is capped at 2,500; once this limit is reached, no further call-offs will be allowed.
