This tender concerns maintenance works on historic tree avenues in Rud Wielkich Landscape Park. The contract will be carried out in two stages in 2026 and 2028, with 75% of works in Phase I and 25% in Phase II, taking into account bird nesting periods and EU funding. The bidder must assemble an arborist team including at least one Arboricultural Works Manager with qualifications under Article 37b and at least two arborists with rope access qualifications, and provide CVs and other proofs. The award criteria are price (60%) and the experience of the Arboricultural Works Manager (40%). Payment is in two installments; the contract includes environmental protection provisions and data processing requirements; project is co-financed by the European Union.
