Supply of equipment and software and provision of services under the Cybersecurity Project for the Tyszowce Water Utility

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive supply of hardware and software, implementation, organisational and technical services, and cybersecurity training for Tyszowce Municipality. The scope includes NAS servers, a rack cabinet, email security, IT/OT/ICS/IIoT asset inventory, high-availability NAS configuration, Active Directory implementation and administration, IT monitoring, virtualisation maintenance, social engineering tests, an e-learning platform, cybersecurity training, and maintenance and improvement of the information security management system. The contract is to be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids are due by 14 September 2026 and must be submitted electronically in Polish. There are no lots, bid security or performance security. Award criteria are price (60%), warranty length (20%) and the experience of the person responsible for cybersecurity training and launching the e-learning platform (20%).
