Office cleaning and window-cleaning services for the Poznan District Labour Inspectorate

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots for the State Labour Inspectorate District Labour Inspectorate in Poznan at Marcelinska 90, Poznan. Lot 1 covers daily cleaning of office, sanitary, kitchen, corridor and utility areas, including replenishment of toilet paper, paper towels and liquid soap, from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. Lot 2 covers one-time internal cleaning of 64 windows and their plastic or aluminium frames, covering approximately 475 m², from 1 to 30 April 2027. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Price is the only award criterion and has a weight of 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 09:00 and must include the required tender security.
