The tender concerns the modernisation of the steam and hot-water boiler house at Dom Pomocy Społecznej in Obryte. The works include dismantling and replacing the existing steam and hot-water boilers, pipework, chimneys, fuel-oil tanks, fittings and automation, and installing new steam, condensate, heating, flue-gas, drainage, fuel-oil and control systems. The works will be carried out in an operating facility, so continuity of heat, domestic hot water and process steam must be maintained. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and quality warranty period (40%); the required warranty is at least 60 months, with periods up to 84 months considered in the evaluation.
