Monitoring ionizing radiation under the national environmental monitoring programme in 2026–2027 – Task 3: monitoring cesium-137 concentrations in soil
Summary
The contract concerns monitoring ionizing radiation in 2026–2027, focusing on determining cesium-137 and naturally occurring radionuclides in soil. The work includes collecting at least 134 soil samples in six Polish regions at 130 monitoring points, including 130 samples from the surface layer and four samples from a deeper soil layer, followed by analysis using an approved semiconductor gamma spectrometry method.
