Foodstuff deliveries for the school canteen in the 2026–2027 school year

Summary

The procurement covers recurring deliveries of foodstuffs to a school canteen in nine lots: poultry, grain, potatoes, fruit and vegetables, frozen vegetables, meat, miscellaneous food products, dairy products, fresh bakery products, prepared delicatessen products, and processed and preserved fish. Bids may be submitted for any number of lots. Deliveries will normally take place 2–3 times a week on working days between 6:30 and 9:00, according to orders, and the contracting authority may reduce the actual quantities purchased. The tender submission deadline is 21 August 2026 at 10:00, and the tender validity period is 30 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. The evaluation awards 60% for price, 20% for payment term and 20% for delivery time; the maximum delivery time is four days. No tender guarantee or performance security is required. Bidders must prove at least one comparable delivery completed during the preceding three years and meet the food safety, labelling, HACCP, transport and quality requirements.
