Transport service for the Senior Citizens Club in Stok for 24 months

Summary

The tender concerns transport services for 23 elderly people, people with disabilities, or people requiring support in everyday activities in the Mniszkow municipality. The service covers collecting participants from their homes, taking them to the Senior Citizens Club in Stok, and returning them home five days a week for 24 months; the morning route must reach the club by 9:00 and the return route starts from 13:00. The estimated volume is 477 service days and approximately 100 km per day, with a guaranteed minimum of 38,160 km. The bidder must provide an accessible and insured vehicle, qualified drivers, safe and punctual transport, wheelchair access, and a replacement vehicle within 60 minutes in the event of a breakdown. Bids are evaluated on price (95%) and a social criterion (5%). The social criterion awards 5 points for employing or assigning at least one person with a disability at a minimum of 0.25 full-time equivalent. The bid submission deadline is 21 August 2026 at 10:00. The bid must be submitted electronically and in Polish.
