Delivery of a two-day training course for PCPR staff: “Effective cooperation with foster families. Analysis of the potential and needs of a foster family”

Summary

The contract concerns a two-day training course for PCPR staff on effective cooperation with foster families and the analysis of a foster family’s potential and needs. It will take place in Kluczbork on 22–23 September 2026, last 16 teaching hours in total and involve 5 participants. The training must be practical and workshop-based, covering areas including the analysis of family needs and resources, communication, conflict de-escalation and motivating families to change. The contractor must provide at least one trainer with the required education and experience, all training materials and participant supplies, two relevant books per person, catering and certificates or attestations of completion.
