Supply of Type E high-methane natural gas and distribution services to the District Court building in Chełm

Summary

The contract covers the supply of Type E high-methane natural gas and distribution services to the District Court building at Plac Kościuszki 3 in Chełm. Deliveries are planned to start on 1 October 2026 after successful registration of the contract with the distribution system operator, and the contract will run until 30 September 2028. The estimated quantity is 406,705 kWh, but actual consumption may differ and the contracting authority is not obliged to purchase the full estimated quantity. Price is the only award criterion and carries a 100% weighting. The tenderer must be able to arrange both gas sales and distribution either through its own distribution network or under a valid agreement with the distribution-network owner. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 August 2026 at 09:00. No tender guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
