Summary

The tender covers the supply of office supplies, labels, envelopes, CDs and DVDs, printed materials, photocopy paper, thermal transfer ribbons and identification wristbands in 13 lots. Tenders may be submitted for all lots, with no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer. The contract duration is 12, 24 or 36 months depending on the lot. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 August 2026 at 10:00. Tenderers for Lots 11 and 12 must also deliver physical product samples in addition to the electronic documents and provide catalogue or leaflet materials. Tenderers should also allow for the possibility of negotiations for all lots.
