Summary

The tender covers the preparation, implementation and auditing of documentation to strengthen the company’s cyber resilience, training for management and IT staff, and the supply and implementation of IT and OT security solutions, network equipment, NAS storage, Wi-Fi access points, a backup server, UPS units, SIEM and OT network intrusion-detection solutions, and monitoring sensors. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 21 August 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and liability period for 40%; the minimum period is 24 months and a maximum of 36 months is taken into account. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the bid’s total price. The proposed solutions must be new, compatible, fully ready for use and compliant with the functional and technical requirements in the tender documents.
