Insurance of the property and other interests of the City and Municipality of Serock

Summary

The tender covers insurance for the property and other interests of the City and Municipality of Serock in three lots: property and civil liability insurance, motor vehicle insurance, and accident insurance for volunteer firefighters and other persons. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The contracts will run for 36 months; the expected period for Lot 1 is 17 September 2026 to 16 September 2029. Bidders must be legally authorised to provide the relevant insurance services. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25 August 2026 at 11:00. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: in Lot 1, price carries 85% and additional insurance clauses and other optional special provisions 15%; in Lots 2 and 3, the weighting is 90% and 10%, respectively. The contracting authority may exercise a unilateral option of up to PLN 40,000 in Lot 1, PLN 25,000 in Lot 2 and PLN 5,000 in Lot 3; the option may also reduce the guaranteed scope by up to 20%.
