Expansion of the reserve water system at the Kielce Regional Hospital with a 100 m³ water tank and necessary installations

Summary

The tender covers the expansion of the Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony water reserve system in Kielce by adding a 100 m³ water tank, the necessary external networks, electrical, telecommunications, ventilation, air-conditioning and sanitary installations, and construction works. The contract follows a design-and-build model: within Stage I, the contractor must prepare the complete design and obtain the required approvals and building permit within up to 70 calendar days; in Stage II, it must carry out the works within up to 50 calendar days from handover of the construction site, prepare as-built documentation and obtain the occupancy permit; Stage III covers warranty and liability obligations. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 12,000 tender guarantee is required. The award criteria are price 60%, Stage II completion period 10% and additional warranty period 30%. The performance security is 3% of the gross contract value.
