Maintenance service for the CZMP Institute’s IT systems, server infrastructure and telecommunications infrastructure

Summary

The tender covers three possible lots for 12 months: maintenance of the CliniNet and Ster systems, maintenance of the InfoMedica and HR Portal systems, and maintenance of the server and telecommunications infrastructure. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Price is the only award criterion for each lot, with a weighting of 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically by 21 August 2026 at 10:00, and documents must be prepared in Polish. The bidder must comply with the requirement to use employment contracts for work connected with contract performance. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
