Preparation and delivery of meals for children attending the Andrzej Biernacki Municipal Primary School in Wielgus

Summary

The tender covers catering for 120 children at the school in Wielgus from 7 September 2026 to 24 June 2027, excluding school holidays and other non-school days. The contractor must prepare and deliver an estimated 21,000 hot two-course lunches on five days per week: 500 ml of soup, alternating meat and meat-free main courses, and 200 ml of compote. Meals must be prepared from fresh, compliant products, transported in a suitable vehicle and specialist thermal containers, and delivered in accordance with hygiene, sanitary, food safety and HACCP requirements. The actual quantity will depend on attendance, and the school will communicate the daily quantity by 08:00. The submission deadline is 24 August 2026 at 11:30. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and invoice payment term (40%); the payment term must be between 14 and 30 days. The contract is not divided into lots, and neither a bid guarantee nor a performance guarantee is required.
