Insurance service for Dobra Municipality and its subordinate organisational units

Summary

The tender concerns insurance services for Dobra Municipality and its subordinate organisational units for the period from 29 September 2026 to 28 September 2029. It is divided into three lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots: 1) property and third-party liability insurance, 2) accident insurance for volunteer firefighters and village heads, and 3) motor insurance. For Lot 1, the contracting authority may exercise an option with a maximum value of 60% of the premium for the basic contract; the maximum increase in insured sums under the option is PLN 50,000,000. The bid deadline is 25 August 2026 at 00:00. In Lots 1 and 3, price accounts for 95% and additional insurance conditions for 5% of the evaluation; in Lot 2, price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids and documents must be submitted electronically, and documents submitted in the procedure must be in Polish.
