Interior fit-out and supply of permanent equipment for reception, cultural, educational and exhibition buildings in Bartne

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots. Lot I covers the interior fit-out of the museum exhibition space in Bartne, including the manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of exhibition elements, exhibits, furniture, lighting, multimedia and accessibility solutions. Lot I must be completed within 9 months of contract signature and no later than 30 June 2027. Lot II covers the supply of new computers, a laptop, a colour multifunction printer, a document shredder, software and other office equipment; the delivery period is 3 months between April and June 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 24 August 2026 at 10:00. In both lots, price carries 60 points and the extension of the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40 points; the minimum warranty and statutory liability period for equipment is 36 months. The successful Lot I tenderer must provide a performance security of 5% before signing the contract.
