Family support services – assistance with childcare and upbringing, creation of a care-based PWD, and purchase of food products and ready-made products for the PWD

Summary

The tender covers the successive purchase and delivery of food products for preparing snacks for children and the delivery of ready-made products to a PWD under the “CUS Plus” project. The contract includes 76 product lines, including beverages, coffee, tea, bread and bakery products, dairy products, fruit and vegetables, and confectionery. The delivery address is Centrum Aktywności in Stare Bielice, ul. Kościelna 3, 76-039 Stare Bielice. Orders will be placed in batches and must be delivered on working days between 7:00 and 15:00 within one working day after the order is placed. The supplier must arrange transport, unloading and placement at its own cost, ensure proper quality and sanitary safety, and provide, when requested, documents concerning origin, producer, production date and the HDI quality control document. The contract runs until 30 September 2028. The contracting authority may increase the quantities by up to 20% or reduce them by up to 50%. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 August 2026 at 08:00. Offers will be evaluated by price (60 points) and social aspects (40 points); the social criterion requires a declaration that a person belonging to one of the categories listed in Article 94(1)(1–10) will be employed or assigned to the contract.
