Supply of paints and enamels

Summary

The tender covers the supply of paints and enamels in two lots: Lot 1 for paints and Lot 2 for enamels. Bids may be submitted for both lots. Delivery must be completed within 30 days of contract signature and no later than 30 November 2026, to five delivery locations designated by the contracting authority. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 August 2026 at 08:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), delivery time (30%), and employment of a territorial defence or active reserve soldier by the bidder or subcontractor (10%). A performance guarantee is required.
