Transport of children and young people from the Nowe Miasto area to school and preschool in the 2026/2027 school year

The tender concerns transporting children and young people from the Nowe Miasto town and municipality area to school and preschool during the 2026/2027 school year, as well as safely returning them to designated collection points. The service covers approximately 150 km across four morning routes and approximately 250 km across seven return routes. The bidder must provide seated transport for all pupils, use at least three buses with 55 seats and one bus with at least 15 seats, and provide a replacement bus at its own cost in the event of a vehicle breakdown. The service period is 2 September 2026 to 24 June 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 21 August 2026 at 10:00. Offers will be evaluated using price at 60%, replacement-bus arrival time at 20%, and the invoice payment period at 20%.
