Tutoring for children and young people under the “Family” project

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation of individual tutoring for 52 children and young people aged 7 to 18. Between 1 October 2026 and 18 June 2027, the contractor must provide 1,300 one-hour lessons in total: 675 hours of mathematics, 125 hours of early primary education support, 150 hours of Polish and 350 hours of English. Lessons will mainly take place at the participants’ homes in Zielona Góra County; exceptionally, remote lessons may be provided with the family’s and contracting authority’s approval. Each child should start by 15 November 2026 and normally receive lessons 2–4 times per month. The bidder must provide enough qualified tutors, teaching materials, travel costs, schedules and attendance documentation, and submit the bid electronically by 21 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the invoice payment period 40%; bidders may offer 14, 21 or 30 days.
