Summary

The procurement covers the complete organisation and delivery of a two-lot educational study-visit service: a four-day study visit to Berlin under Lot 1 and a four-day study visit to Porto under Lot 2. In each lot, the contractor must arrange transport, accommodation, catering, interpretation and programme-related meetings for 20 participants and 2 representatives of the contracting authority. The visits must take place over four working days within three months after contract signature and no later than 30 November 2026. The submission deadline is 21 August 2026 at 9:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the group escort’s additional experience for 40%.
