Provision of individual door-to-door transport

Summary

The tender covers individual door-to-door transport for mobility-impaired participants in the “NieSamiDzielni” project within the Głubczyce municipality. The contractor must provide a driver and a minibus adapted for wheelchair users and capable of carrying up to 9 people. Services are to be provided on working days from 6:30 to 18:00, and exceptionally on days off with the contracting authority’s consent, from contract signature until 31 August 2028. The procurement has two lots: approximately 70 km per day for the urban area and approximately 250 km per day for the rural area, with a maximum estimated period of 480 days per lot. Mileage depends on actual demand and service may not be required on some days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60 points and vehicle production year carries 40 points.
