Production and delivery of branded promotional items for the Department of International Cooperation and Regional Promotion in Opole

Summary

The tender covers the production and one-time delivery of branded promotional items for the Department of International Cooperation and Regional Promotion in Opole. The order includes, among other items, 2,000 A5 notebooks, 2,000 lanyards, 1,000 large and 700 small paper bags, 2,000 pens, 1,000 magnets, 200 folding automatic umbrellas, 200 thermal mugs, 2,000 slap reflective bands, 300 handled mugs, 500 folding fans and 900 metres of satin ribbon. The bidder must prepare or adapt the designs, carry out the branding, package, unload and deliver the products in Opole. All products must be new, high-quality, undamaged and compliant with product-safety requirements. Delivery must take place within the offered period and no later than 22 working days after final approval of all designs. The bid deadline is 21 August 2026 at 08:00. Price carries 60% and the completion and delivery period 40%; the bid must be submitted electronically in Polish.
