Supply of IT and OT infrastructure cybersecurity hardware and software, licensing and system implementation for the municipal services company in Ilowa

Summary

The tender covers the supply of cybersecurity hardware and software for IT and OT infrastructure, together with licensing, implementation, configuration, integration and commissioning. The scope includes an IT monitoring and EDR solution for 31 workstations, NAC, a firewall, servers, network equipment, virtualization, NAS systems, ITSM, log management, an OT IDS/IPS solution, probes, HA servers, UPS equipment and training for OT infrastructure managers. Initial supply and implementation must be completed within 3 months of contract signing and no later than 30 November 2026; subscriptions, updates, signatures, rules, definitions and support must continue from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029. The tender must be submitted for the entire procurement electronically in Polish by 21 August 2026 at 8:00. Evaluation is based on the supply, implementation and integration price at 70% and the 36-month life-cycle cost at 30%. Bidders must provide a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee and, if successful, a performance guarantee of 3%.
