Cybersecure Local Government in Bedlno Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the purchase and delivery of computer, server, network and security equipment and software for Bedlno Municipality’s cybersecurity project, together with configuration, implementation and training. The supply includes one generator, server, storage array, UTM security solution, UPS and network switch, as well as log analysis software; employee and administrator training must also be provided. The contract must be completed within 30 days of signature and no later than 25 September 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9:00 on 20 August 2026. The tender guarantee is PLN 5,000. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%), storage-array warranty (20%) and server warranty (20%); both devices must have at least a 36-month warranty, while 60 months receives the maximum score.
