Roof modernisation at the Primary School building in Łęki Dukielskie

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernise the roof of the Primary School building in Łęki Dukielskie. The works include full replacement of the existing roof covering, repair or replacement of damaged roof truss elements, new sheet-metal flashings, replacement of the roof drainage system and repair of the chimneys. The contract is awarded under the open basic procedure, with price weighted at 60 points and the warranty and defect liability period weighted at 40 points.
