Purchase and delivery of an excavator

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of one factory-new excavator for Gmina Jodłownik. The excavator must meet minimum technical requirements, including a 2026 production year, homologation and registration documents, a weight of 5,300 to 6,000 kg, engine power of at least 29 kW, at least two speed ranges, an air-conditioned cab, a standard bucket of at least 0.14 m3, a hydraulic quick coupler, and specified maximum dimensions and climbing ability. The contract is awarded under an open procedure with electronic submission. The price and the warranty/guarantee period are the award criteria. The bidder must provide a bid security of PLN 2,000 and show experience with at least one similar delivery worth at least PLN 200,000 gross.
