The contract concerns construction works to create a recreational area for residents. The contractor must supply and install ground trampolines, a swing, a zip line, benches, hammocks, loungers and a bicycle stand. The equipment must have certificates of conformity with current Polish Standards or equivalent, especially PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 581-1, issued by an accredited certification body. The contractor must coordinate with another contractor carrying out parallel gardening works in the park, remove waste promptly, and clean up the site after completion. The award criteria are price and the warranty period for the construction works.
