Summary

The tender concerns construction works for a stormwater sewer section with an outlet and water management in the Turzycowe Błoto area. The contractor must demolish part of the existing stormwater sewer, build a new section, construct an outlet and ditch section, build an embankment, rebuild an existing culvert and manholes, repair the surface, install a promotional sign, fell trees and transplant one tree, and prepare as-built documentation. The contract lasts 60 days. The bid price is 60% and the warranty period is 40% of the award score. The bidder must use the Polish e-Zamówienia platform, submit the bid in Polish, sign it electronically, and provide the required declarations and documents. A performance security of 5% of the total bid price is required before signing the contract.
