Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for the addition of a passenger lift to the District Court building in Poznań, together with author’s supervision during the project and later works. The contractor must prepare concept, technical assessments, geological study, building and execution designs by discipline, bills of quantities, investor’s cost estimates, obtain required opinions and building permit documentation, answer questions during the construction tender, and provide author’s supervision. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting the offer. The contract is for services, not divided into lots, and the price is evaluated together with the experience of the structural designer.
