Extension of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Station in Rogóżno

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the extension of the Volunteer Fire Brigade station in Rogóżno. The works include preparatory and demolition works, structural and building works for the extension and superstructure, roof replacement and construction, façade works, site development, and electrical and sanitary installations. The contract is awarded in a basic procedure with negotiations possible. The price is 60% of the score and warranty plus statutory warranty for the completed works is 40%. The bidder must submit the required declarations, prove experience in at least one similar construction contract worth at least PLN 300,000 gross, have the required site and works managers, lodge bid security of PLN 5,000, and later provide performance security of 5% of the contract value.
