Summary

The contract concerns the design and construction of a car park / parking spaces in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, together with drainage, lighting, demolition of a kiosk, earthworks, concrete block surfacing, tree felling where necessary, green surfaces and replacement plantings, and permanent traffic organisation. The work is carried out in the design-and-build model. The bidder must prepare design documentation, obtain the necessary technical conditions, approvals and permits, and carry out the construction works and as-built documentation. The tender is for one lot only. The bid must be submitted electronically, and a bid security of PLN 6,000 is required. The contract performance security is 5% of the gross bid price. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
