Purchase and supply of a mobile generator set

Summary

The contract concerns the purchase and delivery of a mobile generator set, including training for the contracting authority’s staff and regular servicing by the manufacturer’s authorised personnel throughout the warranty period. The generator must be manufactured in the EU, spare parts must be readily available, and service support must be available in Polish. The set must comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and the trailer must have type approval and registration documents in Polish. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must show experience with at least two generator deliveries worth at least PLN 100,000 gross each, and must submit the required declarations and product documents.
