Purchase and supply of pickled products, fruit and vegetables

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of fruit and vegetables and pickled products in two lots: Lot 1 covers fruit and vegetables, and Lot 2 covers pickled products. The contract runs for 12 months and includes an option to increase quantities at the buyer’s discretion. The award criterion is price only. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, and the bidder must provide the offer form, price form, declarations of non-exclusion, a declaration concerning the Ukraine-related exclusion ground, and documents proving the authority to represent the bidder.
