Provision of individual specialist support for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness under the Warsaw Turning Point project

Summary

The tender concerns social services for 100 people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The contractor will provide specialist support through psychologists, lawyers, career advisers, addiction therapists and health educators over a 17-month period. The bid is evaluated on price and on the experience of the persons assigned to perform the contract. The bidder must meet exclusion grounds, submit the required declarations, and prove relevant service experience and qualified staff.
