Change of use and adaptation of part of the palace rooms in Nekla for cultural purposes (Nekla Cultural Centre) together with construction of a car park

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the reconstruction, renovation and change of use of part of the historic palace in Nekla for the needs of the Nekla Cultural Centre, together with construction of a car park and adaptation of the building to technical, fire safety, sanitary and accessibility requirements. The contractor must carry out the works in line with the design documentation and tender documents, provide qualified site and trade managers, employ the direct construction workers under employment contracts, and submit the required declarations, references and other documents. A bid bond of PLN 100,000 is required, as well as performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price.
