Modernisation of municipal buildings

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the modernisation and reconstruction of a multi-family residential building at Kościuszki 98 in Starogard Gdański, including demolition of neighbouring buildings, a new façade, replacement of windows and doors, new water and sanitary sewer connections, site development, a refuse shelter, fencing, site cleaning and an information board. The contract lasts 10 months. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty and guarantee period (40%). To participate, the bidder must meet the exclusion rules, prove experience with at least two similar building works worth at least PLN 800,000 gross each, and provide a site manager plus sanitary and electrical works managers with the required licences.
