Purchase of an Integrated Management System for the Myślenice County Office and the budget of Myślenice County

Summary

The contract concerns the supply, implementation, configuration and user training for an integrated management system for the Myślenice County Office and the county budget. The system must cover local fees, document management and budget accounting, with integrations to external platforms such as KSeF, eTW, ePUAP, e-Doręczenia, EPO, TERYT, GUS and Besti@. The contractor must deliver perpetual licences, perform installation and configuration in the contracting authority’s IT environment, migrate data, provide at least 40 hours of on-site training, and provide 60 months of warranty service. The bid price is evaluated on price and the number of post-implementation support hours. The winning bidder must also provide a list of similar deliveries, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 and performance security of 3% of the total price.
