Renovation and adaptation of rooms in the building of the Property Management Department in Szczecinek for storage purposes

Summary

The tender concerns design-and-build renovation and adaptation works in the building of the Property Management Department in Szczecinek, to create storage space. The contract covers design documentation for the whole project and construction works for stage 1, including general building works, sanitary installations, electrical works, author’s supervision, as-built documentation and obtaining the permits needed for use. The only award criterion is price. The bidder must submit a bid bond of PLN 15,000, have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, and show experience in at least one comparable design-and-build contract worth at least PLN 1,000,000 gross. A site visit is required before submitting the bid.
