Summary

The tender concerns the supply of computer equipment and related software, peripherals and accessories for the City of Suwałki, divided into 5 lots. Lot 1 covers laser printers, card printers and consumables; lot 2 covers office software, laptops, scanners, monitors, UPS units, terminal mounts, KVM switches, webcams, headsets, mice, flash drives, RAM, cables, adapters, batteries and thermal paste; lot 3 covers a digital copier and consumables; lot 4 covers a laptop with operating system, a laser printer and consumables; lot 5 covers laptops with operating systems, a laser printer and consumables. The contract is to be performed within 28 days. Price and warranty are the award criteria. Bidders must submit the offer electronically in Polish and provide the required forms and declarations.
