Expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Lubiec

Summary

This is a construction contract for the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Lubiec. The contractor will have to carry out the works in accordance with the design documentation, technical specification and bill of quantities, provide surveying support, as-built documentation, a site manager declaration, marking and securing of installations and underground utilities, and obtain an occupancy permit if required. The bid must be submitted electronically, in Polish, and the bidder must complete a mandatory site visit before submission. The award criteria are price (60%) and guarantee and warranty (40%).
