One-off survey of respondents using direct interview methods (PAPI/CAPI)

Summary

The contract concerns a one-off survey of about 2,500 GZM residents using primary sources and direct interviews, either PAPI or computer-assisted CAPI. The contractor must recruit and train interviewers, choose the survey coordinator and locations, adapt the questionnaire, buy 2,497 gift cards worth PLN 25 each, conduct the interviews, prepare the database in XLSX and SPSS, digitise all answers, code the open question and prepare the final report. The award criterion is price only. To participate, the bidder must show experience from at least two resident opinion surveys in the last 6 years, each with at least 1,000 respondents, including at least one direct-interview survey using CAPI or PAPI or another direct method.
