Summary

This is a construction works contract for the reconstruction of county roads No. 2090R, No. 2078R and No. 2093R. The contract duration is 90 days. The bid will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty and guarantee period (40%). The bidder must submit the required declarations and documents, provide a bid security of PLN 70,000 for Task 1, and be able to appoint at least one qualified road works manager. If the technical staff do not speak Polish, the bidder must provide an interpreter at its own expense.
