Supply of medicinal products under drug programmes – supplement VI

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of medicinal products for drug programmes to the hospital pharmacy of Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Suchej Beskidzkiej. The contract is divided into 2 lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. The contract term is 7 months. The only award criterion is price. Bidders must be authorised to sell medicinal products and must submit the documents proving that right. Bids and all required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish.
